Books-A-Million, Inc. to Broadcast Its Fiscal 2007 Year-End Conference Call Live on the Internet

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (March 29, 2007) – Books-A-Million, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:BAMM) today announced that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its fiscal 2007 year-end conference call on Friday, March 30, 2007. The Company will release results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended February 3, 2007, that afternoon.

The live broadcast of Books-A-Million's conference call will begin at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (4:00 p.m. Central Time) on March 30, 2007. The link to this event may be found at the Company's website: www.booksamillioninc.com

If you are unable to participate at that time, an online replay will be available two hours after the call ends and will continue through April 30, 2007.
